Ceres (Limited Release)
Made by the women of Cannery Brewing, this limited release White IPA with preserved lemons was generously hopped with the 2021 Pink Boots Blend from Yakima Chief Hops.
Ceres is named after the Roman Goddess of agriculture, grain crops, fertility, and motherly relationships.
This beer was brewed on March 8th on International Women’s Day.
A portion of the proceeds from the sale of this beer went to the Pink Boots Society which helps women beer professionals through education.
We are thankful for the support of Westkey Graphics, Skyler Punnett and Super Deluxe Creative on this project. As a result of their support, we are able to further increase the value of our donation to the Pink Boots Society.

HDHC Mosaic IPA is an experimental IPA brewed with a single hop variety (Mosaic). High Density Hop Charge (HDHC) signifies a beer brewed with a single hop variety in 3 different formats.

3 Limes And A Gose Walk Into A Bar (Limited Release)
Gose is a traditional, German-style sour wheat beer. We bumped up the ABV and soured the beer with a Lactobacillus blend. (L. plantarum and L. rhamnosus). We added massive amounts of lime purée, lime juice, and lime zest along with the traditional additions of sea salt and coriander. Tart and refreshing.

It's My Hop Party And I'll Cryo If I Want To (Limited Release)
This Cold IPA is an experimental style that blends lager yeast and boundary-pushing IPA ingredients. We added a newly innovated product from Yakima Chief Hops. Cryo Pop(TM) is a supercharged blend of beer soluble hop compounds created to unlock the maximum potential of aroma hops. Look for notes of peach, pineapple, strawberry, orange, and mango.

Wildfire Dark Lager (Limited Release)
Wildfire Dark Lager features Weyermann SINAMAR® which is produced solely from the roasted malt CARAFA®. At 3200 degrees Lovibond, it adds intense dark colour with minimal roasted bitterness. The addition of flaked corn brings out the crispness of a North American lager.
This is the sixth Limited Release beer in our It's Not Magic, It's Science series. This beer pays tribute to the firefighters who bravely fight our nation’s wildfires. A portion of the proceeds from the sale of this beer will go to the Canadian Fallen Firefighters Foundation. It is available in 4-packs of 473ml cans and on tap in our taproom. Regicide Of The Star King (Limited Release)
An old world beer style using new world hops. Descended from the sunshine lineage comes the Comet Hop to usurp the throne. The star king is dead! Long live the king.
Brewed with fresh/wet Comet hops from Myrtle Meadows Hop Farm in Pemberton. The hops were flash frozen with liquid nitrogen and pulverized to maximize the contact with the beer. Dry hopped with a combination of Comet and Galaxy T90 pellets. This is the seventh beer in our It's Not Magic, It's Science Series. This was made in partnership with Myrtle Meadows Hop Farm. Kiek In De Kök (Limited Release)
This Baltic Porter is brewed with malts from Red Shed Malting in Alberta and noble hops. The dark lager characteristics allow a rich, velvety smoothness to blast through to the finish.
The Kiek in de Kök cannon tower is a historical remnant of the 15th century, located in Tallinn, Estonia. “Kiek in de Kök” means “peak into the kitchen” in Low German. This is the eighth beer in our It's Not Magic, It's Science Series. This was made in partnership with Red Shed Malting. Label designed and illustrated by Super Deluxe. It is available in 4-packs of 473ml cans and on tap in our taproom.

North Wheat Pilsner (Limited Release)
This dry-hopped pilsner is made with French Mistral and Barbe Rouge hops while singing “Northwest Passage” by Unleash the Archers.
This beer was made in collaboration with the JUNO award-winning Vancouver-based band Unleash the Archers. This is part of the Vox & Hops Metal Podcast 'Brewtal North America' beer collaboration series. There are 22 band and brewery collaborations in this series, launching across Canada and the United States in June 2021.
