Fun Fact

Barley is first malted by heating the germinating grain. The malt is then mashed to extract sugars that feed the yeast during fermentation. Hops, in addition to being a natural preservative, are added to balance the malt's sweetness and give beer its bitter taste.

Tour Of Cannery Brewing

If you are in the Penticton area, please stop in at our brewery and taproom for a glass or a flight of our beers and enjoy some of our small bites inside our taproom or on our outdoor patio.

Taproom Hours

  • 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM Monday to Friday
  • 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM Saturdays/Sundays
  • There will be times when we will close early for private/special events. If you are in doubt about our hours, please give us a call.
